STAHL closes syndicated loan agreement Waldenburg, 25 September 2015. R. STAHL AG closes a syndicated loanagreement for the group's financing. The contract provides for a creditline of EUR 80 million in cash and EUR 15 million in guarantees. Thesyndicated loan's total credit volume thus amounts to EUR 95 million withan enhancement option of EUR 25 million. The loan has a term of 5 years.Bilateral loan agreements in the amount of EUR 45 million expire onSeptember 30, 2015. They are replaced by the syndicated loan agreement withour bank partners Deutsche Bank, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt,Baden-Württembergische Bank and Commerzbank. R. STAHL benefits from thefavorable market situation to finance the group and is highly satisfiedwith the progress and outcome of the negotiations.
