We follow the developments in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine with dismay and consternation and continue to hope for a quick solution, in particular the cessation of all military confrontations for the benefit of all people in the region there.
Against this background, and in particular the far-reaching tightening of the embargo measures, the Executive Board of R STAHL has decided to suspend all activities with the Russian Federation and Belarus until further notice. This applies in particular to all our (direct and indirect) sales activities; on the procurement side, there are currently no connections and in the past there were only very few direct links to the respective countries.
Orders already accepted are reviewed within the context of the applicable contractual conditions, laws and rules (export control, sanctions, etc.) and a new decision is made if necessary.
