R. STAHL extends their product range of energy-efficient, Explosion-protected lighting systems through the LED pendant light fittings with various installation options for worldwide use in Zones 2, 21 and 22. The new 6470 pendant light fittings are perfectly suitable for general lighting in chemical, oil and gas, FMCG and other industries, owing to the efficient lighting and mounting options. Different cover variants enable installation as ceiling, wall, pole or pendant light fitting for an uniform illumination of production halls, storage facilities or pathways.
The equipment are characterised by a high optical efficiency and provide a luminous flux of 8,000 lm, with a power consumption of 65 W. The luminous intensity distribution of the low-glare light fittings can be varied by means of different reflector. These are powder-coated enclosures made of saltwater-resistant aluminium and the lens consists of toughened glass.
The R. STAHL product range contains different versions of the new pendant light fittings, with a power consumption of 65 W and 80 W for input voltages of 220 to 240 V 50/60Hz, as well as optional versions for 110 to 277 V 50/60Hz DC. With an estimated life time of ten years, IP66 degree of protection and and tested for restricted breathing, all light fittings of the new series are available with or without reflector, and are ATEX and IECEx certified and suitable for application in an extended temperature range of -40°C up to +60°C, in maritime environment as well.
The luminaires are practical and easy-to-install designed with hinged suspension and innovative folding mechanism. The entire installation process is simplified and maintenance free.
