R. STAHL Aktiengesellschaft will set new dates for the release of its Annual Report for fiscal year 2017 and the Annual General Meeting 2018.
The previous changes in the Executive Board and the adjustments related to the recoverability of deferred taxes on loss carryforwards for fiscal year 2017 that became necessary recently have triggered the company's decision to re-examine all facts of the annual accounts currently being in preparation. As of today, this re-examination cannot be done according to the announced schedule of the release of the Annual Report 2017. Due to legal provisions, this also affects the date of the Annual General Meeting.
With this step, the company also wants to create the greatest possible clarity and reliability in the interest of its shareholders and stakeholders. New dates for the release of the Annual Report (previously April 27, 2018) as well as for the Annual General Meeting (previously June 8, 2018) will be announced as soon as possible.
