CUSTOMISED SYSTEM SOLUTIONS
From a wide range of explosion-protected products for Zone 1, 2, Div. 1, 2 we develop customised system solutions that meet the system requirements one hundred percent.
Be it space-saving Remote I/O cabinet solutions with intrinsically safe circuits for LNG tankers, or Remote I/O field stations for paint-spray lines, we engineer projects exactly to your requirements. Explosion-protected printers, dual-monitor solutions for the pharmaceutical industry or Wi-Fi systems for drilling rigs are also part of our portfolio.
All of our CCTV systems are always individually designed – we are a ONE-STOP SUPPLIER, providing everything from design, project engineering, documentation, training, FAT and SAT up to commissioning.
Ethernet-APL is the Future
Ethernet-APL is the future international standard for efficient process automation including evaluation of diagnostic data all the way into the field. Ethernet-APL is the best choice, especially for hazardous areas. Ethernet-APL is easy to connect as 2-wire Ethernet. It offers data rates of up to 10 Mbit/s in full-duplex communication and enables the power supply of up to 50 field devices. It bridges large distances (trunk lengths of up to 1000 m, spurs up to 200 m) and the ignition protection type intrinsic safety "i" in hazardous areas of zones 0, 1 and 2. More information.

OPERATOR INTERFACES WITH INTEGRATED MOVICON SOFTWARE
R. STAHL's Operator Interfaces are HMIs with integrated, pre-installed MOVICON software for visualising and operating machinery and for drilling rigs, logistics and tankfarm automation. NETWORK TECHNOLOGY FOR ZONE 1/2
The explosion-protected Wi-Fi products for the installation of Ethernet networks and wireless solutions in industrial process plants, digital data transmission and explosion protection are professionally and flexibly implemented. The aim is to offer products and services that combine reliable explosion protection of the high quality for which R. STAHL is known with simple, digital handling, as evidenced by the implementation in various joint projects with Emerson. In order to continue to be able to offer high-quality products, R. STAHL is working together with other well-known manufacturers on future standards for an intrinsically safe 2-wire Ethernet-APL (Advanced Physical Layer) and an intrinsically safe 4-wire Ethernet (100BASE-TX-IS).

GROUNDING MONITORING
R. STAHL has developed grounding monitoring devices to eliminate explosion hazards when loading flammable liquids, powders and gases. They ensure constant, eletrostatic grounding, and monitor this connection permanently. Our grounding systems have been developed for many different objects such as tanker lorries and tank wagons, drums, big bags etc., and are exactly suited for this purpose. R.
