Explosion-protected lighting and power distribution boards, distribution boards for heat tracing, and stationary as well as portable socket outlet assemblies can be designed quickly, easily and economically with the convenient ModibEx module program from R. STAHL. Predefined assemblies and layouts optimise the costs of project engineering. Customized cabinets are also available in the portfolio. Of course, this also applies to the design of alternatives.
R. STAHL only needs information about the electric loads that are connected and the required cabling to select ready-to-install input and output modules. These function modules invariably contain all required individual components – e.g. switches, rotary actuator, terminals, earthing and cable glands are included in the input module. Flexible options enable a custom-fit design.
Based on extensive knowledge and decades of experience, R. STAHL will always integrate the appropriate internal distribution. Only components for air conditioning and monitoring are added according to customer's requirements – for example ammeters and voltmeters. In a next step, complete modules will be provided for these systems as well as in the ModibEx program, so that the process from engineering to delivery will become even shorter. In the module program, the enclosures for the power distribution boards are also available in different pre-defined sizes and versions, made of GRP or stainless steel, free-standing or for wall-mounting. Additionally an entire NEC portfolio is also available.
