The service portfolio spans from switching components and distributor technology, as well as signal and data transmission to visualisation, operating technology and camera technology. The latest Remote I/O System IS1+ from R. STAHL currently offers the most state-of-the-art and cost-efficient digitalisation platform for bidirectional signal transmission from Zone 1. The Remote I/O, which is completely backward compatible, is equipped with pioneering functions for predictive diagnostics, IP communication and redundancy options. It is ideal for migrating existing conventional installations to digital, Ethernet-based environments without complex adaptations. Thanks to a combination of a wide variety of protection types, flexible, secure communication channels up to Zone 1 are available for fieldbus networking, FO, Ethernet and Wi-Fi communication.

R. STAHL has expert teams from sales and application engineers that support users beyond Ex protection, helping them gain additional certifications such as SIL classification, FDA and GAMP validation or ship approvals for planning, engineering and commissioning of automation projects.
