In a strategic move to kick start 2021, R. STAHL Ltd. and Norco Group Limited have officially joined forces to fulfil Central Battery System (CBS) supply, commissioning and service scopes.
The new alliance will see R. STAHL Ltd. working closely with the emergency power specialists. Norco Group Limited will be recognised and promoted as the official service partner for Central Battery Systems of R. STAHL Ltd. in the United Kingdom. Norco Group Limited will directly manage Commissioning and Service scopes on behalf of R. STAHL Ltd. The core aim is to ensure the full compliance of CBS fed emergency lighting systems without compromise.

R. STAHL Ltd. in the UK is now Norco Group’s preferred CBS manufacturer, should an end-user require a CBS upgrade or replacement upon reaching end-of-life.
Adam Cooper, Sales Director at R. STAHL Ltd.. in the UK, commented on the partnership: “We are very conscious of our limitations in not being able to traditionally offer a complete CBS package including commissioning and servicing. Our end-users demand localised support, given the statutory importance of a fully functional emergency lighting system. Formalising a partnership with Norco Group Limited was an obvious choice for R. STAHL Ltd., given their reputation, experience and history working with CBS systems in our core industry sectors. The team at R. STAHL Ltd. look forward to working closely with Norco Group Limited and collectively generating new sources of revenue.”

John Roy, Director of Norco Group Limited, explains further: „Cementing this partnership with R. STAHL Ltd. gives us access to a comprehensive range of CBS equipment, designed specifically for this application and to satisfy the legislation surrounding it. We are confident that our knowledge of both the onshore and offshore industries in the UK will open a new route-to-market for R. STAHL Ltd., and that Norco Group Limited can successfully provide a one-stop supply, commissioning and service solution that customers will find attractive.”

The new relationship will start to take shape as of this month, January 2021. An alliance, which will enhance R. STAHL Ltd.’s CBS system positioning in key industries throughout the UK.
