With its new ORCA HMI series, R. STAHL paves the way for state-of-the-art operating and visualisation in Zone 1, 2, 21, 22 and Class I, II, III Div 2 and Div 1 (purged solutions).

Its wireless, modular Easy Connect design is proving very popular with users. An ORCA HMI consists of only two certified modules - a display box and an E-box. Both modules are plug-in so no cables need to be connected. This design makes installation, maintenance and upgrade work intuitive and efficient. The modern, modular ORCA design is future-proof, providing users with a secure investment for the next 15 years.

Together with proximity RFID authentication, real dual monitor solutions and full HD displays, this makes the ORCAs the most modern explosion-protected panel mount devices and operator stations for process automation and machine operation - available as 12", 15" and 22" widescreens.
